Sand-clay ground vineyards, fermentation is done without selective yeast. Maceration of the grapes was done for six days in concrete tanks. Aging: 14 months in 10 Hl barrels of Allier oak and 500L barrels of Acacia. Two months refining in bottle before the sale. Unfiltered, unclarified.

Wine with intense aromas of hay, medicinal herbs, honey and wild flowers are released, framed by mineral and balsamic puffs. The taste is balanced, smooth and savory, extremely fresh, with harmonious persistence.
